nel caso dei contratti di credito al consumo per cui è pattuito un tasso debitore fisso per il periodo iniziale, al termine del quale è fissato un nuovo tasso debitore, successivamente adeguato periodicamente in base ad un indicatore convenuto, il calcolo del tasso annuo effettivo globale si basa sull’assunto che, al termine del periodo di applicazione del tasso debitore fisso, il tasso debitore sia identico a quello vigente al momento del calcolo del tasso annuo effettivo globale, in base al valore dell’indicatore convenuto in quel momento.
