52 A termini del secondo ‘considerando’ della decisione impugnata, conformemente agli artt. 16, n. 2, e 27, n. 3, della normativa SID, occorre procedere al recupero dell’importo di EUR 118 360,18 mediante compensazione con le indennità parlamentari meno essenziali per l’esecuzione del mandato elettivo del ricorrente.
52. The second recital of the contested decision indicates that, in accordance with Articles 16(2) and 27(3) of the Rules Governing the Payment of Expenses and Allowances, the sum of EUR 118 360.18 must be recovered by offsetting against the parliamentary allowances that are least essential to the performance of the applicant’s duties as an elected representative.
