Si considera che le attività svolte nei diversi settori finanziari siano significative, ai sensi dell’articolo 2, punto 14, lettera a), punto iii), o lettera b), punto iii), se per ciascun settore finanziario il valore medio del rapporto tra il totale dello stato patrimoniale di quel settore finanziario e il totale dello stato patrimoniale delle imprese del settore finanziario appartenenti al gruppo e del rapporto tra i requisiti di solvibilità del medesimo settore finanziario e il totale dei requisiti di solvibilità delle predette imprese del settore finanziario appartenenti al gruppo è superiore a un coefficiente del 10 %.
2. For the purposes of determining whether activities in different financial sectors are significant within the meaning of Article 2(14)(a)(iii) or (14)(b)(iii), for each financial sector the average of the ratio of the balance sheet total of that financial sector to the balance sheet total of the financial sector entities in the group and the ratio of the solvency requirements of the same financial sector to the total solvency requirements of the financial sector entities in the group should exceed 10 %.
