Sono dispensati dall'applicazione delle disposizioni del titolo II, capo VI, del trattato sull'approvvigionamento di materie fissili speciali, il trasferimento e l'importazione nella Comunità, nonché l'esportazione all'esterno della Comunità, di quantitativi, riferiti alla forma elementare, non superiori a 200 g di uranio 235, uranio 233 e plutonio per ciascuna operazione, entro il limite annuo di 1 000 g per ciascuna di tali materie e per utilizzatore, fatte salve, per quanto riguarda le materie importate ed esportate, le disposizioni degli accordi di cooperazione conclusi dalla Comunità con i paesi terzi.
With regard to special fissile materials, transfers within, imports into and exports from the Community shall be exempt from the provisions of Chapter VI of Title II of the Treaty provided that the quantities involved, referred to the elemental form, do not exceed 200 g of uranium-235, uranium-233 or plutonium in any one transaction up to an annual limit of 1 000 g of any of the substances per user. In the case of imports and exports this shall apply subject to the provisions of agreements for cooperation concluded by the Community with third countries.
