As Mr Tomczak refused to present his documents, two police officers (Sławomir Marek and Radosław Gmur) forced him out of the car, handcuffed him and took to the local police station. There, after being breathalysed (which established that he was sober), Mr Tomczak presented his Sejm Member's card and was allowed to call the regional police headquarters in Poznań with a complaint about the police officers' behaviour.
