autorità ucraine a compiere ulteriori progressi quanto al rispetto dei requisiti dell'accordo di associazione, conformemente alle conclusioni del Consiglio del 10 dicembre 2012 e alla risoluzione del Parlamento del 13 dicembre 2012 sulla situazione in Ucraina , nonché ad affrontare le questioni in sospeso relative alla giustizia selettiva e alla riforma elettorale e giudiziaria; accoglie, tuttavia, con favore i recenti impegni assunti sia dal Presidente Yanukovytsch che dai leader dell'opposizione a proc
edere al varo degli atti giuridici ...[+++] necessari attraverso la Verkhovna Rada e attende che tali promesse siano mantenute ben prima del vertice di Vilnius; riconosce i progressi compiuti finora, ma sottolinea che sono necessarie ulteriori riforme, in particolare le riforme in seno alla Procura, encomia il lavoro della missione di monitoraggio del Parlamento europeo in Ucraina e si compiace della proroga del suo mandato fino al 12 novembre 2013; auspica e confida nel fatto che ciò condurrà, a breve, a una soluzione reciprocamente accettabile del caso di Yulia Tymoshenko, sulla base dell'appello di Pat Cox e Aleksander Kwaśniewski al presidente dell'Ucraina;
