considerando che, a norma dell'articolo 57, paragrafo 2, della Legge costituzionale federale della Repubblica d'Au
stria, i membri del Consiglio nazionale austriaco possono essere arrestati per un fatto illecito solo previa autorizzazione del Consiglio
nazionale, salvo il caso di arresto in flagranza di reato, e che l'autorizzazione del Consiglio
nazionale è necessaria anche per le perquisizioni domiciliari presso i membri del Consiglio
nazionale; considerando inoltre che, a norma dell'articolo 57, paragrafo 3, della medesima Legge, i membri del Consiglio
