A questo punto, però, desidero sottolineare che la Commissione ha presentato una proposta più limitata, che prende in considerazione il quadro giuridico fissato dalla Corte di giustizia, nonché la proposta di raccomandazione contenente alcuni elementi che, come ho detto, sono stati esclusi dalla presente direttiva.
I should point out here, however, that the Commission has submitted this more restricted proposal, which takes account of the legal framework set by the Court of Justice, in tandem with a proposal for a recommendation containing the elements which, as I said, have been excluded from this directive.
