Se i rifiuti elencati sono contaminati o contengono altri materiali o sostanze come metallo, amianto, plastica, sostanze chimiche eccetera in quantità tale da aumentare il rischio legato ai rifiuti in misura sufficiente da giustificare il loro smaltimento in una discarica appartenente ad una categorie diversa, essi non possono essere ammessi in una discarica per rifiuti inerti.
If the listed wastes are contaminated or contain other material or substances such as metals, asbestos, plastics, chemicals, etc. to an extent which increases the risk associated with the waste sufficiently to justify their disposal in other classes of landfills, they may not be accepted in a landfill for inert waste.
