In base a tali obiettivi, tutti i cittadini europei dovrebbero avere accesso a velocità della rete internet superiori ai 30 Mbps (megabit/sec) e almeno il 50 % delle utenze domestiche europee dovrebbe disporre di un accesso a Internet di velocità superiore a 100 Mbps entro il 2020.
According to those targets, all Europeans should have access to Internet speeds above 30 Mbps (megabits per second) and at least 50 % of European households should subscribe to Internet connections above 100 Mbps by 2020.
