d) qualora applichi il regime normale dell'imposta sul valore aggiunto alla cessione di un oggetto d'arte, da collezione o d'antiquariato che gli è stato ceduto da un altro soggetto passivo-rivenditore e il bene in questione sia stato assoggettato all'imposta conformemente alla lettera a), il soggetto passivo-rivenditore è autorizzato e dedurre dall'imposta da lui dovuta l'imposta sul valore aggiunto di cui alla lettera b);
(d) where he applies the normal arrangements for value added tax to the supply of a work of art, collectors' item or antique which has been supplied to him by another taxable dealer and where the goods have been taxed in accordance with (a), the taxable dealer shall be authorized to deduct from his tax liability the value added tax referred to in (b);
