4. Qualora un impianto di produzione esistente entri nelle acque marine di uno Stato membro o ne esca, l’operatore inoltra comunicazione all’autorità competente per iscritto prima della data in cui è previsto che l’impianto di produzione entri nelle acque marine dello Stato membro o ne esca.
4. Where an existing production installation is to enter or leave the offshore waters of a Member State, the operator shall notify the competent authority in writing prior to the date on which the production installation is due to enter or leave the offshore waters of the Member State.
