15 Con la prima parte del suo primo motivo, la ricorrente sostiene che il Tribunale non ha tenuto conto del settore dei prodotti per i quali è chiesta la registrazione e, pertanto, delle forme d’imballaggio che devono servire da paragone per valutare il carattere distintivo dei marchi richiesti.
By the first part of its first plea, the appellant submits that the Court of First Instance failed to have regard to the sector of the goods in respect of which registration was sought and, as a result, the shapes of packaging which must be used for comparison in assessing the distinctive character of the trade marks requested.
