Vorrei dire all’onorevole Liese, che ha presentato un emendamento nel corso della seduta, che per quanto riguarda le cure palliative, questo punto potrà essere esaminato nuovamente nel quadro delle coordinazioni delle politiche europee e del sostegno alle ricerche intraprese nel campo delle malattie, che devono essere comunque percepite globalmente. Non vi sarà alcun problema per accogliere questa sua idea, espressa in Plenaria.
I should like to say to Mr Liese, who tabled an amendment in plenary, that in my view, where palliative care is concerned, it is quite clear that this point can be taken into account in what we call the coordination of European policies, and in the support for research into diseases, which must in any case be approached holistically. There will not therefore be any problem with incorporating this idea that you expounded in plenary.
