La decisione 2009/496/CE, Euratom del Parlamento europeo, del Consiglio, della Commissione, della Corte di giustizia, della Corte dei conti, del Comitato economico e sociale europeo e del Comitato delle regioni, del 26 giugno 2009, relativa all’organizzazione e al funzionamento dell’Ufficio delle pubblicazioni dell’Unione europea , assicura che l’Ufficio delle pubblicazioni provveda affinché le istituzioni assolvano all’obbligo in materia di pubblicazione dei testi normativi.
Decision 2009/496/EC, Euratom of the European Parliament, the Council, the Commission, the Court of Justice, the Court of Auditors, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions of 26 June 2009 on the organisation and operation of the Publications Office of the European Union ensures that the Publications Office enables the institutions to fulfil their obligation to publish legislative texts.
