ata nell'ambito del referendum svoltosi il 14 e 15 gennaio 2014, la quale dovrebbe costituire un importante passo avanti nella difficile transizione del paese verso la democrazia; valuta positivamente il fatto che la nuova Costituzione egiziana menzioni un governo civile, la libertà di credo e l'uguaglianza di tutti i cittadini, tra l'altro per quanto concerne il miglioramento dei diritti delle donne, la garanzia dei diritti dei bambini, il divieto di tortura in qualsiasi forma o manifestazione, il divieto di qualunque forma di schiavitù e l'applicazione di sanzioni penali al ri
