La Commissione ha constatato che la mancanza di cooperazione tra le autorità incaricate dell’immatricolazione delle navi e le autorità responsabili della pesca è ulteriormente aggravata dal fatto che al processo di immatricolazione partecipano imprese private offshore incaricate di inserire le navi nel registro e abilitate a rilasciare certificati di immatricolazione temporanei.
The Commission has established that the lack of cooperation between the authorities in charge of the registration of vessels and those in charge of fisheries is aggravated by the involvement of offshore private companies in the process of registration that are responsible for recruiting vessels to the registry and that can attribute temporary registration certificates.
