(2) considerando che le norme generali adottate dal Consiglio dispongono che la restituzione venga pagata quando sia fornita la prova che i prodotti sono stati esportati fuori della Comunità; che, se per tutti i paesi terzi si applica un tasso di restituzione unico, il diritto alla restituzione è in linea di massima acquisito nel momento in cui i prodotti escono dal mercato comunitario; che, se il tasso di restituzione è differenziato in base alla destinazione dei prodotti, il diritto alla restituzione è vincolato all'importazione in un paese terzo;
(2) Whereas the general rules laid down by the Council provide for the refund to be paid upon proof being furnished that the products have been exported from the Community; whereas entitlement to the refund is acquired as soon as the products have left the Community market, when a single refund rate applies for all third countries; whereas, where the rate of refund is differentiated according to the destination of the products, entitlement to the refund is conditional on importation into a third country;
