(21) Secondo quanto è affermato nel punto 30 del regolamento relativo al dazio provvisorio, era stato accertato che un produttore russo aveva venduto il prodotto in questione ad una società collegata in Svizzera e che non aveva dichiarato l'esistenza di tale collegamento; detto produttore, nella fase successiva alla determinazione provvisoria, non ha contestato questa risultanza, ma ha dichiarato di non conoscere la destinazione finale delle sue esportazioni e ha pertanto chiesto che le vendite alla società consociata non fossero considerate come vendite per l'esportazione nella Comunità.
(21) One Russian producer found, as set out in recital 30 of the provisional duty Regulation, to have sold the product concerned to a related company in Switzerland, and which had omitted to specify this relationship, did not contest after the provisional stage that the relationship existed. However, this producer claimed that it did not know the final destination of its exports and that therefore the sales to this related company should not be considered as sales destined for export to the Community.
