Quest'ultimo prevede fondamentalmente che qualora un giudice di un tribunale civile o penale decida di non accettare una petizione presentata dalla difesa a motivo dell'immunità parlamentare, tale giudice debba ottenere o, qualora non esistesse, richiedere la decisione della camera competente per valutare se le osservazioni fatte da un deputato, che il querelante o l'ufficio del procuratore giudica diffamatorie, sono coperte dall'immunità parlamentare.
The latter basically provides that where a judge in a civil or criminal court does not decide to accept a plea made by the defence on the grounds of parliamentary immunity, he or she must obtain - or, if it does not already exist, request - the relevant Chamber's decision as to whether the remarks made by the Member, which the plaintiff or the Prosecutors' office alleges were defamatory, are covered by parliamentary immunity.
