Nell’esaminare il cosiddetto sconto del 30%, l’Autorità ricorda che la seconda relazione Agdestein ha precisato che il valore del campo interno, che ammontava a 15,5 milioni di NOK, comprendeva lo sconto di 10 milioni di NOK e che si trattava di una stima di ciò che avrebbe richiesto il mercato per l’acquisto del campo interno nel suo complesso, vale a dire di tutti i 44 fabbricati.
Turning to the so called 30 % rebate, the Authority recalls that the second Agdestein report made it clear that the Inner Camp value of NOK 15,5 million included the NOK 10 million rebate and that it was an estimate of what the market would require for acquiring the Inner Camp as a whole, i.e. all 44 buildings.
