When the Commission submits to Parliament for approval its proposals for the Chair, the Vice-Chair or four further full-time members of the Board referred to in Article 43(1)(b) of the SRM Regulation, Parliament's competent committee may, in the context of a public hearing of each of the proposed Chair, Vice-Chair and members of the Board referred to in Article 43(1)(b) of the SRM Regulation, consult the Board on the proposed candidates.
Wanneer de Commissie haar voorstellen voor de voorzitter, de vicevoorzitter of de vier andere voltijdse leden van de afwikkelingsraad, als bedoeld in artikel 43, lid 1, onder b), van de GAM-verordening, ter goedkeuring aan het Parlement voorlegt, kan de bevoegde commissie van het Parlement in een openbare hoorzitting met de voorgedragen voorzitter, vicevoorzitter en leden van de afwikkelingsraad als bedoeld in artikel 43, lid 1, onder b), van de GAM-verordening, de afwikkelingsraad raadplegen over de voorgedragen kandidaten.
