6. Where a passenger opts for reimbursement pursuant to Article 8(1)(a) while being at the departure airport of his journey , or opts for rerouting at a later date pursuant to Article 8(1)(c), the passenger shall have no further rights with regard to care under Article 9(1) in relation to the relevant flight.
6. Als een passagier voor terugbetaling kiest overeenkomstig artikel 8, lid 1, onder a), als hij zich op de luchthaven bevindt waar zijn reis begint, of als hij kiest voor herroutering op een latere datum overeenkomstig artikel 8, lid 1, onder c), heeft hij voor de desbetreffende vlucht geen recht op verzorging uit hoofde van artikel 9, lid 1'.
