flight plan for any military flight entering the airspace where they have designated air traffic services providers in accordanc

...[+++]European Sky], regardless of the origin and/or the destination of the flight.
5. Onverminderd internationale overeenkomsten en verdragen waarbij de Gemeenschap partij is, kunnen de lidstaten, teneinde te zorgen voor de veiligheid in de burgerluchtvaart, de indiening van een vluchtplan verlangen voor alle militaire vluchten die het luchtruim betreden waarvoor zij verrichters van luchtverkeersdiensten hebben aangewezen in overeenstemming met artikel 8 van Verordening (EG) nr/.. [betreffende de verrichting van luchtvaartnavigatiediensten in het gemeenschappelijk Europees luchtruim], ongeacht de herkomst of de bestemming van de vlucht.
