5. Urges the Commission and the international community, before the end of the dry season, to supply the seeds and ploughing implements which are essential for the resumption of farming to all those who wish to work the land, irrespective of their previous partisan political allegiance, so as to enable the population to reduce its dependence on humanitarian food aid;
5. dringt er bij de Commissie en de internationale gemeenschap op aan om voor het einde van het droge seizoen voor al wie het land wil bewerken, los van zijn vroegere partijpolitieke gezindheid, het zaaigoed en landbouwgereedschap ter beschikking te stellen dat voor de hervatting van de landbouwactiviteiten onmisbaar is, zodat de bevolking minder afhankelijk is van de humanitaire voedselhulp;
