However, in relation to taxes or duties, customs and exchange, execution of the judgment or, where applicable, the probation decision may not be refused on the grounds that the law of the executing State does not impose the same kind of tax or duty or does not contain the same type of rules as regards taxes or duties, customs and exchange regulations as the law of the issuing State;
Ter zake van belastingen, douanerechten en deviezen evenwel mag de tenuitvoerlegging van een vonnis of, in voorkomend geval, de proeftijdbeslissing niet worden geweigerd op grond van het feit dat de tenuitvoerleggingsstaat niet dezelfde soort retributies of belastingen heft, of niet dezelfde soort regelgeving voor retributies, belastingen, douanerechten en deviezen kent als de beslissingsstaat;
