The Council took note of the report from the Commission concerning the implementation of regulation 842/2006 on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases (“F-Gas regulation”) (18472/11), which covers several of this type of gases used in stationary applications such as refrigeration, air-conditioning and fire extinguishers.
