'- in the case of satellite earth station equipment, refuse to allow such equipment to be connected to the public telecommunications network and/or to be brought into service where it does not satisfy the relevant common technical regulations adopted in pursuance of Council Directive 93/97/EEC (8)() or, in the absence thereof, the essential requirements laid down in Article 4 of that Directive.
"- ten aanzien van satellietgrondstationapparatuur, verbieden dat deze wordt aangesloten op het openbare telecommunicatienet en/of opgestart, indien deze apparatuur niet voldoet aan de geldende gemeenschappelijke technische regelgeving die overeenkomstig Richtlijn 93/97/EEG van de Raad (8)() is vastgesteld of, bij ontstentenis daarvan, aan de essentiële vereisten van artikel 4 van genoemde richtlijn.
