2. Een Europese politieke stichting die is verbonden met een Europese politieke partij die overeenkomstig lid 1 een verzoek om financiering kan indienen, die overeenkomstig de in deze verordening vastgestelde voorwaarden en procedures is geregistreerd, en die zich niet in één van de in artikel 106, lid 1, van het Financieel Reglement bedoelde uitsluitingsgevallen bevindt, kan een verzoek om financiering uit de algemene begroting van de Europese Unie indienen, overeenkomstig de voorwaarden en bepalingen die door de ordonnateur van het Europees Parlement in een oproep tot het indienen van voorstellen zijn neergelegd.
