This might create a significant drawback to the operation and effectiveness of the Arbitration Convention since it can make the total duration of the Arbitration Convention proceedings equal to: (i) the duration of the domestic administrative/judicial proceedings ending with a final judicial judgement; (ii) plus two years; (iii) plus the six months available to the advisory commission to deliver its opinion.
