The Agreement amending the Fourth ACP-EC Convention of Lomé [1] was signed at the Mahatma Gandhi Institute in Mauritius on Saturday 4 November 1995 at a ceremony held in the presence of Sir Anerood Jugnauth, Prime Minister of the Republic of Mauritius.
