1. For aid for the use of butter, concentrated butter and cream in pastry products and ice-cream as referred to in Article 1(b)(i) of Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 and for aid for concentrated butter intended for direct consumption in the Community as referred in Article 1(b)(ii) of that Regulation, the operative event for the exchange rate shall be the day on which the final day for submission of the tender falls.
1. Wat de in artikel 1, onder b), punt i), van Verordening (EG) nr. 1898/2005 bedoelde steun voor het gebruik van boter, boterconcentraat en room voor de vervaardiging van banketbakkerswerk en consumptie-ijs en de in artikel 1, onder b), punt ii), van die verordening bedoelde steun voor boterconcentraat voor rechtstreekse consumptie in de Gemeenschap betreft, vindt het ontstaansfeit voor de wisselkoers plaats op de uiterste datum voor de indiening van de offertes.
