Furthermore, it was argued that in another investigation the Commission has analysed the prices of the direct raw materials used in the manufacturing of the product concerned rather than the price of the primary raw material and, therefore, in the current case, the Commission should have assessed the State interference in prices of direct raw material, i.e. aluminium alloy extrusion, rather than in the primary aluminium which is the primary raw material.
Verder werd aangevoerd dat de Commissie in het kader van een ander onderzoek niet de prijzen van de primaire grondstof had onderzocht, maar die van de directe grondstoffen die bij de fabricage van het product in kwestie werden gebruikt. Bijgevolg had de Commissie in het onderhavige geval niet de staatsinmenging in de prijzen van primair aluminium, de primaire grondstof, maar in de prijzen van de gebruikte aluminiumlegering moeten onderzoeken.
