Records should be kept of each purchase and sale, showing the date of purchase or supply, name of the active substance, batch number and quantity received or supplied, and name and address of the supplier and of the original manufacturer, if not the same, or of the shipping agent and/or the consignee.
Van elke aankoop- of verkooptransactie moeten registers worden bijgehouden die de volgende informatie bevatten: aankoop- of leveringsdatum, naam van de werkzame stof, partijnummer, ontvangen of geleverde hoeveelheid, alsook naam en adres van de leverancier en, indien verschillend, van de oorspronkelijke fabrikant of van de expediteur en/of de ontvanger.
