(1d) When carrying out a reform it is necessary to consider all possible options with a rigorous assessment of its impact on rural communities, and especially the less developed ones, the social impact on small-scale producers, the protection of the consumer's right to obtain natural olive oil identified as such, the heritage value of ancient olive trees, the environment and territorial occupation, and the European budget.
(1 quinquies) Bij de uitvoering van een hervorming is het noodzakelijk alle mogelijke alternatieven in overweging te nemen en nauwkeurig de gevolgen te evalueren die de hervorming heeft voor met name de minder ontwikkelde plattelandsgemeenschappen, de sociale gevolgen voor kleinschalige producenten, de bescherming van het recht van de consument op als zodanig geïdentificeerde natuurlijke olie, de cultuurhistorische waarde van eeuwenoude olijfbomen, milieu en ruimtelijke ordening en de communautaire begroting.
