Per questo vorremmo vedere il partito socialista impegnato al nostro fianco in Parlamento nella difesa delle madri e dei padri, in una posizione molto diversa da quella che ha assunto nella politica nazionale, dove da una parte taglia gli assegni per i figli a carico, il rimborso delle spese mediche per i malati cronici e gli sgravi fiscali per le spese di istruzione e salute, e dall’altra aumenta drasticamente gli oneri fiscali sui cittadini, in particolare sulle famiglie a basso reddito con figli.
That is why we would like to see the Socialist Party at our side in Parliament defending mothers and fathers. This would be a very different position from the one that this party has taken in national politics, where it is cutting child benefit, the reimbursement of medicine costs for the chronically ill and income tax deductions for spending on education and health, and where it is drastically increasing the tax burden on the public, particularly lower income families with children.
