4. Ai fini dell’applicazione dell’articolo 13, paragrafo 2, lettera b), del regolamento di base, il «centro di interessi» delle attività di un lavoratore autonomo è determinato prendendo in considerazione tutti gli elementi che compongono le sue attività professionali, in particolare il luogo in cui si trova la sede fissa e permanente delle attività dell’interessato, il carattere abituale o la durata delle attività esercitate, il numero di servizi prestati e la volontà dell’interessato quale risulta da tutte le circostanze.
