A norma dell'articolo 2, paragrafo 6, lettera a), di detto allegato III, il comitato degli ambasciatori ACP-UE è nominato come l'autorità di supervisione del CSI con, tra le altre cose, la responsabilità di stabilire lo statuto del CSI, che è stato adottato con la decisione n. 8/2005 del comitato degli ambasciatori ACP-CE («statuto del CSI»).
Under point (a) of Article 2(6) of that Annex III, the ACP-EU Committee of Ambassadors is appointed as the supervisory authority of the CDE with, amongst other things, the responsibility to lay down the statutes of the CDE, which were adopted by Decision No 8/2005 of the ACP-EC Committee of Ambassadors (‘CDE Statutes’).
