Il certificato relativo ai rendiconti finanziari copre l’importo totale della sovvenzione richiesta da parte di un partecipante, sotto forma di rimborso dei costi effettivi e sotto forma di costi unitari di cui all’articolo 33, paragrafo 2, esclusi gli importi dichiarati sulla base di importi forfettari, tassi forfettari e costi unitari diversi da quelli determinati conformemente alle prassi abituali di contabilità analitica del partecipante .
The certificate on the financial statements shall cover the total amount of the grant claimed by a participant under the form of reimbursement of actual costs and under the form of unit costs referred to in Article 33(2), excluding the amounts declared on the basis of lump sums, flat rates and unit costs other than those determined according to the participant's usual cost accounting practices .
