2. Le necessarie disposizioni relative all’insediamento dell’EPPO e alle strutture che il Lussemburgo deve mettere a disposizione nonché le norme specifiche applicabili in tale Stato membro ai membri del collegio, al direttore amministrativo e al personale dell’EPPO, nonché ai relativi familiari, sono stabilite in un accordo di sede che sarà concluso tra l’EPPO e il Lussemburgo entro la data in cui l’EPPO assumerà i compiti di indagine e azione penale stabiliti conformemente all’articolo 120, paragrafo 2.
