a)non hanno alcun effetto nocivo né sulla salute umana, compresa quella dei gruppi vulnerabili, o sulla salute animale, prendendo in considerazione gli effetti cumulativi e sinergici noti, quando siano disponibili i metodi scientifici accettati dall’Autorità per valutarli, né sulle acque sotterranee.
(a)they shall not have any harmful effects on human health, including that of vulnerable groups, or animal health, taking into account known cumulative and synergistic effects where the scientific methods accepted by the Authority to assess such effects are available, or on groundwater.
