Per realizzare un’applicazione uniforme e un efficiente funzionamento del quadro normativo attuale su tutto il territorio della UE, ha suggerito l’attuazione di misure immediate in alcuni ambiti, in particolare per quanto concerne i chiarimenti sulla definizione di attività che possono essere acquisite da un OICVM e la semplificazione ed elaborazione delle direttive per la procedura di notifica dei fondi che si avvalgono del «passaporto europeo».
It proposes immediate measures in a number of areas in order to ensure uniform pan-European implementation and more effective operation of the existing legal framework, in particular to clarify the definition of the assets that can be acquired by UCITS, and the simplification and drafting of guidelines for the notification procedure for funds that wish to take advantage of the European passport.
