– (DE) Signor Presidente, signora Presidente in carica del Consiglio, signor Presidente della Commissione, onorevoli colleghi, nel corso della discussione sul modo in cui il Trattato costituzionale dovrebbe essere riesumato si è già detto molto. Nel fine settimana, l’ex Presidente federale della Germania ed ex presidente della Corte costituzionale tedesca Roman Herzog, ha fatto alcune osservazioni in proposito.
