In via preliminare la Corte rileva che la causa principale verte su una fattispecie di trasferimento illecito di minore e che, ai sensi del regolamento, il giudice competente, quanto meno al momento della sottrazione della minore, era il Tribunale per i Minorenni di Venezia, giudice del luogo di residenza abituale della minore prima dell’illecito trasferimento.
