Nel suo parere del 4 luglio 2012 (3), l’Autorità europea per la sicurezza alimentare (di seguito «l’Autorità») ha concluso che, nelle condizioni d’impiego proposte, il preparato di endo-1,4-beta-xilanasi (CE 3.2.1.8) prodotto da Trichoderma koningii (MUCL 39203) non ha effetti avversi sulla salute degli animali, sulla salute umana o sull’ambiente e che può migliorare il rapporto mangime/peso dei tacchini da ingrasso e dei tacchini allevati per la riproduzione.
The European Food Safety Authority (‘the Authority’) concluded in its opinion of 4 July 2012 (3) that, under the proposed conditions of use, the preparation of endo-1,4-beta-xylanase (EC 3.2.1.8) produced by Trichoderma koningii (MUCL 39203) does not have an adverse effect on animal health, human health or the environment, and that it has the potential to improve feed to gain ratio in turkeys for fattening.
