2.1. I cofinanziatori del fondo devono presentare un piano di attività prudente che precisi, fra l'altro, il mercato dove opera il fondo, i criteri e le condizioni del finanziamento, il bilancio di esercizio del fondo, la proprietà e i soci cofinanziatori, la professionalità, la competenza e l'indipendenza del personale dirigente, lo statuto del fondo, la giustificazione e il previsto utilizzo del contributo dei Fondi strutturali, la politica di uscita dagli investimenti e le disposizioni di liquidazione del fondo, incluso il reimpiego delle entrate attribuibili al contributo dei Fondi strutturali.
2.1. A prudent business plan shall be submitted by the co-financiers or sponsors of the fund specifying, inter alia, the targeted market, the criteria, terms and conditions of financing, the operational budget of the fund, the ownership and co-financing partners, the professionalism, competence and independence of the management, the fund's by-laws, the justification and intended utilisation of the Structural Funds' contribution, the investment exit policy, and the winding-up provisions of the fund, including the reutilisation of returns attributable to the contribution from the Structural Funds.
