Qualora tali certificati e/o la relazione suddetti forniscano la prova che nel corso degli ultimi tre mesi è già stata effettuata un'ispezione su uno dei punti enumerati nell'elenco che figura nell'allegato I, punto 10, tale punto non è soggetto ad un ulteriore controllo, a meno che questo sia giustificato in particolare da una presenza di difetti e/o da una non conformità manifesta.
Where these certificates and/or report prove that an inspection of one of the items listed in Annex I, point 10, has been carried out in the course of the preceding three months, that item shall not be checked again, except where justified in particular on the grounds of an obvious defect and/or irregularity.
