In casu blijkt uit het dossier dat het beroep voor het Gerecht is ingediend binnen de statutaire termijn van drie maanden, vermeerderd met de forfaitaire termijn wegens afstand van tien dagen, te rekenen vanaf de betekening aan verzoeker van de afwijzing van de klacht; dat verzoeker opkomt tegen het door hem als bezwarend aangemerkte indelingsbesluit bij zijn aanstelling als tijdelijk functionaris, en dat hij procesbelang heeft, aangezien hij opkomt tegen een administratief besluit van individuele strekking dat bindende rechtsgevolgen heeft die zijn belangen rechtstreeks en onmiddellijk kunnen raken.
