La presente direttiva rispetta i diritti fondamentali e osserva i principi riconosciuti nella Carta, in particolare il diritto alla protezione dei dati personali, la libertà di esercitare un’attività, il diritto alla protezione dei consumatori, il diritto a un ricorso effettivo e a un giudice imparziale, il diritto di non essere giudicato o punito due volte per lo stesso reato, e deve essere attuata in conformità di tali diritti e principi.
This Directive respects the fundamental rights and observes the principles recognised in the Charter, in particular the right to the protection of personal data, the freedom to conduct a business, the right to consumer protection, the right to an effective remedy and to a fair trial, the right not to be tried or punished twice for the same offence and has to be implemented in accordance with those rights and principles.
