«La nozione di clausola di riduzione, di cui agli artt. 12, n. 2, 46, n. 3, e 46 ter, del regolamento (CEE) n. 1408/71, deve essere interpretata nel senso che essa contempla una disposizione di legge di uno Stato membro che, prevedendo che l'importo della pensione di anzianità di un lavoratore dipendente che non totalizza trenta anni di occupazione ma che ne conta almeno venticinque e maggiorata di un supplemento, comporta che quest'ultimo sia pari alla differenza tra l'importo della pensione di anzianità che il lavoratore avrebbe ottenuto se fosse stato effettivamente occupato per trenta anni e l'importo globale delle pensioni
